Our Transparent Price Match Guarantee:

We strive to offer the most competitive and transparent pricing for your AV event needs. If you find a lower advertised price for identical or highly comparable AV equipment and services from a qualifying competitor, we will match that price, subject to the following terms and conditions.

"Apples to Apples" Comparison:

• Price matching applies only to identical or substantially similar AV equipment and service packages.
• This includes matching:
  • Equipment brand, model, and specifications.
  • Service levels, including technical expertise and support.
  • Comparable setup and operational time.
• We require detailed specifications and service descriptions from the competitor's quote to ensure an accurate comparison.

Verification Process:

• Customers must provide verifiable and documented proof of the competitor's pricing, such as:
  • Official written quotes.
  • Published price lists.
  • Detailed service agreements.
• We will verify the competitor's pricing and equipment/service availability.

Exclusions:

• Price matching does not apply to:
  • Limited-time offers, promotional pricing, or special event discounts.
  • Pricing from non-local third party competitors.
  • Pricing errors or typographical mistakes by competitors.
  • Used or refurbished equipment purchases.
  • Bundled services or packages where individual pricing cannot be clearly separated.
  • Prices from online auction sites or third-party marketplaces.

Labor and Setup Costs:

• Our price match policy excludes labor and setup costs.
• All labor and setup costs from the competitor must be clearly itemized, in order to be considered in the price match.

Transportation and Logistics:

• Transportation and logistics fees will not be included in the price match.
• All transportation and logistics fees from the competitor must be clearly itemized, in order to be considered in the price match.

Equipment Availability:

• Price matching is subject to equipment availability. We will notify you if there are any limitations due to equipment constraints.

Terms and Conditions:

• Price match requests must be submitted to Hurricane Productions within 7 day of receiving the competitor's quote.
• We reserve the right to limit the amount that can be price matched.
• Price matching applies to the individual items.
• Our company adheres to all FTC pricing regulations, and all fees will be clearly shown, and never hidden.
• Price match is not available for quotes provided by competitors whom are not local to the area. We reserve the right to determine what defines a non-local competitor is at any given time.
• Price match is not available to current clients with an active, signed Agreement.
• Price match is not available on expired or retracted quotes and service orders from either Hurricane Productions or the competitor.
• Price match requests must be submitted via email prior to signing the service Agreement.

• We will match any competitor's price for identical or comparable AV equipment and services.
• Competitor's pricing must be verifiable and documented.
• Price matching contains exclusions and all competitor quotes are subject to review of Hurricane Productions.
• Labor and setup costs are excluded in price matching.
• Transportation and logistics fees will not be included in the price match.
