Hurricane Productions, LLC is committed to taking preventative measures to keep our clients, their guests, & our staff safe. Although we take precautions & to reduce the spread of COVID-19, it is important to recognize that the risk of transmission cannot be totally eliminated, given the inherently contagious nature, and the unknowns, of the coronavirus. As explained below, however, Hurricane Productions, LLC will do its part to reduce any such risk and encourages all clients and their guests to follow all health guidelines, advice, and protocols of public health officials.
Our Employees/ Contractors
Our Employees/ Contractors are advised to follow the recommendations of the CDC (e.g., hand washing, social distancing, wearing a face covering, etc.). While working an event, our Employees/ Contractors will wear face coverings, sanitize their hands as needed, and practice social distancing. Efforts will be made to make hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes available for our Employees/ Contractors. If microphones are used for speeches, they will be sanitized before & after each use.
Photo Booths
Our photo booth attendants are advised to follow the recommendations of the CDC (e.g., hand washing, social distancing, wearing a face covering, etc.). At events, photo booth attendants will wear face coverings and are responsible for sanitizing the touch-screen booth, as well as any item(s) touched by guests with CDC approved disinfectants. We also ask that guests who wish to take group photos in the photo booth keep their party size to 6 people or less. Hand sanitizer will be available for free to all guests using the photo booth.
While, out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to temporarily stop providing most physical props.
(Hats, Necklaces, & Glasses will not be available). Easy to clean props & signs will be available. Most of our photo booths come with a selection of virtual props and filters that users are able to select and use digitally. (All the fun without the physical contact and exchange of props!). At events where we provide fun signs as props, such signs are made of PCV and are able to be easily sanitized after each use.
